Each production team shall be established depending on the size of the crew and the size of the package of services contracted.  It will be a one stop shop where ever need or problem shall be resolved through our office in order to guarantee comfort, support, and the fluency of the production and the experience while covering the event.

TRAVEL

Everything related to the organization of all the reservations, re-scheduling of reservation, preferred rates on private jets and helicopters, and 24/7 personnel to organize and accompany all crew and staff while in transit in Brazil.

HOTELS AND ACCOMODATIONS

The back office shall handle all the reservations, changes in accommodations, and all the necessary steps to guarantee that the whole crew is always taken care of no matter if plans get changed and unexpected changes are needed.

TRANSPORTATION

Logistics of pick ups, vans, armored vans, luggage transportation for all crew and staff while in transit in the different Brazilian cities.  All drivers shall be fluent in Portuguese and the native language of the crew.

SECURITY

Detailed analysis of the amount of security which the crew and staff may need, the risk exposure, renting of armored cars and body guards to attend the specific needs of anchors, or other important talents that may need special care.

RECREATION AND LEISURE

The office shall provide with all the entertainment for all the days off, planning trips and special events in order for the staff and crew to enjoy themselves and also take advantage of the best experiences and events that Brazil has to offer.  This will be done taking into account the security of the crew and staff, in order to maximize their days off in order to also enjoy the beautiful scenery and all that the Brazilian culture has to offer.
